(21:28) SEASIDE/MONTEREY – A convicted killer has been charged with a second murder. 60 year-old Alfred Powell, who is serving a sentence of 15 years to life for the 1983 murder of Suzanne Nixon, has been charged with the 1982 murder of Seaside resident Sandra McGee as well. Powell is scheduled to be arraigned tomorrow in a Monterey County Court Room.
