(11:58)SANTA CRUZ- 3 suspected gang members have been arrested after leading law enforcement officers on a brief chase. The 18 year-olds reportedly began a burglary spree around 10 p-m last night, and early this morning they were spotted in a vehicle on Highway 9. When Santa Cruz County Sheriff’s deputies tried to stop the vehicle, the driver sped off. The pursuit ended when the driver lost control of the car and it crashed.
Edgar Alfaro, Gerardo Patricio, and Ben Jarmin Sanchez, were found in possession of most of the products that were stolen from 5 marijuana dispensary’s last night.
The dispensaries were located in Aptos, Live Oak, Ben Lomond and Boulder Creek.
