(12:21)SANTA CRUZ- The Santa Cruz SPCA is now home to four dogs rescued from A South Korean dog meat producer. The dogs are among 250 animals rescued through a deal brokered by the Humane Society International. This week the dogs will receive medical treatment before being placed in specialized foster homes where they will be socialized for permanent adoption.
