(17:50) SANTA CRUZ – man was arrested in Santa Cruz Monday in connection with a weekend break-in. Video footage shows 20 year-old Anthony Isaac Starr climbing out through the broken glass door of a downtown shop. Starr was found with blood on his jacket, and a fresh cut on his hand. He was booked into Santa Cruz county jail.
