(21:10) SANTA CRUZ- The Santa Cruz Harbor’s boat launch ramp was closed for several hours on Saturday after a vehicle sank in the channel. The incident took place around 2 p.m. when a full sized pick up truck rolled off the ramp, then rolled upside down and sank. Returning boaters were turned away for several hours while harbor personnel used a dredge crane to right the vehicle so that it could be towed from the ramp area. The ramp re-opened shortly after 4 p.m.
