(08:22) MONTEREY – The Monterey County SPCA has selected a new executive director. Scott Delucchi has over 15 years experience in animal welfare and is currently the senior vice president of Peninsula Humane Society & SPCA in Burlingame. He is also the board chair for the Wildlife Center of Silicon Valley. He will be replacing Gary Tiscornia, who served in the position for nearly 25 years. Delluchi will become the executive director effective July 1. (S.G.)
