(10:03) KING CITY- Former Pacific Grove Police Chief Darius Engels took over as interim Chief in King City on Friday. The city has had three acting police chiefs in the last year and is looking to hire a permanent Chief of Police within the next two weeks. The city manager says that there are now two potential prospects chosen from aa pool of 20 applicants. After a selection becomes official the new chief would take over in May or June.
