(06:58) SANTA CRUZ COUNTY – A new congressional committee has been created to address ongoing complaints of jet noise in Santa Cruz County. The Select Committee on South Bay Arrivals has been formed by three state representatives, including Congressman Sam Farr, and is made up of a dozen elected officials. The committee plans to identify communities impacted by airplane noise and find long-term solutions. The committee is expected to hold its first meeting later this month. (S.G.)
