(17:00) MONTEREY COUNTY- Monterey County Sheriff’s deputies arrested a suspected child molester yesterday (Thurs). Investigators have charged 32 year old Fabian Perez for allegedly kidnapping and sexually assaulting a 14 year old girl. Officials say that Perez is familiar with the victim and was supposed to be giving her a ride to school when the assault took place on Wednesday. Anyone with information on the case is encouraged to contact the Monterey County Sheriff’s office.
