(21:14) SALINAS – Salinas Police Chief Kelly Mcmillin says he agrees with much of the Department Of Justices’ recent report. Chief McMillin went on to say that he feels that the good news for the city is that this is just the beginning of the Police Department’s work with the D-O-J’s Community Office Of Policing Services. He looks forward to working with the C-O-P-S Office to determine what changes are practical to make in the coming years, and how best to implement them. The C-O-P-S Office will provide the training and technical assistance, as well as advice and support.
