(07:03) SAN FRANCISCO – Bay Area Rapid Transit has recently been impacted by electrical problems. BART officials say 50 of their cars have been damaged by mysterious power surges in the past two weeks, causing travel delays and overcrowding. The surges do not pose a threat to passengers. Experts are being flown into the Bay Area to evaluate the problem. (S.G.)
