(18:02) SANTA CRUZ- The City of Santa Cruz has received an award for its Beach Area Roundabouts Project. The Outstanding Local Streets and Roads Project from the League of California Cities recognizes the city’s project’s exceptional achievements to preserve and protect the public’s investment in the local street and road system with the construction of two roundabouts at complicated beach intersections.
