(17:22) SANTA CRUZ – Although water restrictions were relaxed in Santa Cruz in November, it’s unclear if they’ll be able to stay that way in the coming year or not. At this time last year Loch Lomond was at about 68 percent of capacity, and now it’s at about 80 percent….with more rain due to fall in the coming days and weeks. Santa Cruz Water Department officials have asked that their water customers continue to watch their water use….even though the water restrictions are relaxed.
