(19:22) SACRAMENTO – The California State Legislature passed a tax reform Monday that will increase funding for Medi-Cal and provide aid for those with developmental disabilities. The measure, SBX2 2, is a specialized tax for Medical Care Organizations that will increase funds for the targeted programs (aforementioned) by a net benefit of $106 million. The bill next goes to Governor Jerry Brown to be signed.
