(16:11) WATSONVILLE- A Watsonville man was arrested after a traffic stop on Thursday. Authorities Say that shortly after 4:30 p.m. officers stopped suspected gang member Fernando Hernandez Carrazana Near 5th and Main Streets. Carranza did not posses a driver’s license. A search of the vehicle uncovered methamphetamine packaged for sale. A subsequent search of his motel room uncovered an additional 8.5 grams of meth and a digital scale. Carranza was booked into county jail on multiple charges.
