(19:15) SACRAMENTO- Caltrans has released a list of suggestions for motorist that can help prevent pollution during the rainy season. The agency says that drivers can help reduce contaminating stormwater run off by performing regular maintenance and inspections, monitor the vehicle for fluid leaks, keep tires properly inflated, secure loads and dispose of trash properly.
