(17:41) SALINAS- An investigation has determined that the Dick Bruhn building fire in Salinas is not arson. Officials said that Salinas Fire department investigators aided by the ATF issued the preliminary conclusion. The exact cause of the blaze may take several weeks to determine. The city is now beginning a cleanup of debris left by the five alarm fire.
