(19:42) MONTEREY HARBOR – 3 people were rescued by members of the Coast Guard yesterday morning. They were in an 18-foot power boat when it experienced an engine problem about a mile outside Monterey Harbor. Due to the worsening weather, the boat also took on some water….and one of the boaters reported having a medical issue. The power boat was towed back to the harbor, and the ailing man was transported to the hospital.
