(09:08) SALINAS – The California Highway Patrol is holding a free driving safety class in Salinas on Wednesday. The “Smart Start” driving course is geared towards new and future motorists, ages 15 through 19, and their parents. The class will be held from 6 to 8 p.m. at the CHP office on East Blanco Road.
