(13:48) APTOS – The memorial plaques that people have put up over the years at seacliff state beach have been torn down. They were on a wall that is part of Nicole Richardson’s beachfront private property, and she posted a public notice 2 years ago saying she would remove them. Santa Cruz county supervisor Zach Friend had reportedly tried to work out a compromise with the homeowner (and her husband), however, the negotiations failed. It is unclear, at this time, what has actually happened to the plaques that were removed from the wall.
