(07:25) SANTA CRUZ COUNTY – Special Olympics Northern California is seeking individuals to participate in its Polar Plunge fundraiser in Santa Cruz this month. Plungers dive into cold ocean water to raise money for Special Olympic athletes. Costumes are encouraged and awards are distributed to top fundraisers.
