(17:44) SANTA CRUZ- A Santa Cruz man convicted of child molestation has been sentenced. Kjell Nilssen, who had been convicted of similar charges in 2001, met the victim when he coached teenage volley ball at his wife’s former company Club Shoreline Volleyball. He carried on an online relationship with the girl until it was discovered by her parents. Nilssen pleaded no contest to three counts of child molestation, one count of sending harmful materials to a minor, and failing to register as a sex offender, he was sentenced to 16 months in prison.
