(08:31) SARATOGA – The Santa Clara County Sheriff’s Office has released additional information on a 2014 homicide case. The remains of a female victim were found off Highway 9 in Saratoga in December 2014. Following a forensic anthropology examination, investigators are seeking the public’s help in identifying the woman. The victim is believed to be between 15 and 24 years old, around 5’3” tall, and white with brown hair and a petite build. She was wearing blue jeans and a floral print blouse.
