January 21, 2016: Arraignment Delayed in Huntsman, Curiel Murder Case

(07:29) MONTEREY COUNTY – A Monterey County judge has delayed the arraignment of a teen and a woman accused of murder, torture and child abuse. 39-year-old Tami Huntsman and 17-year-old Gonzalo Curiel allegedly tortured and killed 6-year-old Shaun Tara and his 3-year-old sister Delylah. Their bodies were discovered in a storage locker in Redding. Huntsman and Curiel are also accused of abusing a 9-year-old girl. Their arraignment has been delayed while the court works to appoint a public defender for Huntsman. They are due back in court January 27. (S.G.)
