(17:57) SALINAS – A 41 year-old Salinas man has been sentenced to spend 150 days in jail and 3 years on probation for felony sexual battery. Salvador Mondragon, the owner of a private security company, was found guilty of conducting strip searches, making sexual comments with a job applicant, and touching an employees genitals as part of a strip search.
