(12:20) SCOTTS VALLEY- Scotts Valley police arrested two people suspected of drug sales Friday afternoon. The incident took place when officers responded to a report of a domestic disturbance involving two vehicles. At the scene they found 21 year old Kelsey Knoll and 28 year old James Hendershaw. Knoll’s recent arrest for drug possession and sales prompted a search of the vehicles. Police seized a large quantity of heroin from Knoll’s car, and heroin and illegal prescription drugs from Hendershaw’s vehicle. Both were booked into county jail.
