(18:00) SALINAS- Monterey county authorities will file first degree murder charges in connection with the bodies of two children found in a Redding storage locker. Yesterday (Thursday) the District Attorney’s office said that murder, torture and child abuse charges will be file against 39 year old Tami Joy Huntsman and 17 year old Gonzalo Curiel. Autopsies of the 3 and 6 year old victims have led investigators to believe the children may have died from abuse suffered at a Salinas residence on the 500 block of Freemont Street. The DA also plans to charge Curiel as an adult when he is formerly arraigned.
