(19:37) CALIFORNIA – Violent sexual predator Eldridge Chaney, Jr. is set to be “conditionally released” in Monterey county once housing is found for him. That should be easier than the last time housing was sought for a newly paroled sexual offender in Monterey county. Because the California State Supreme Court ruled that the housing portion of Jessica’s Law is too restrictive. Along with that, 71% of the paroled sex offenders in Monterey county are no longer living with restrictions.
