(21:58) SANTA CRUZ- A Santa Cruz neighborhood was sealed off while police searched for a man who assaulted an officer last night (Friday). Authorities say that shortly after 5 p.m. an alert was sent out advising residents near the 100 block of Windsor Street and Ocean View, Avenue to shelter in place. Police then closed a three block are while they searched for the suspect. The search was called off at 5:50 p.m. The suspect remains at large, anyone with information on the incident is encouraged to contact Santa Cruz police.
