(22:10) SOQUEL- A member of the Soquel Creek Water District Board has died. Yesterday (Thursday) the Board announced the death of 71 year old Rick Meyer of Aptos. Meyer passed away on November 22nd, a month after telling the other members he was in the final weeks of a terminal chronic illness. Meyer was elected to a three year term in 2014. A meeting addressing selecting a replacement for Meyer is scheduled for December 15th.
