Four people were killed and one seriously injured in a solo car crash in Gilroy last night. The incident occurred shortly after 10:30 on Leavesly Road. Officials believe the vehicle was travelling at high speeds and failed to negotiate a turn. The car then drove off the road and crashed into a ravine. One man and three women were pronounced dead at the scene. The driver was transported to the hospital with major injuries. The incident is under investigation.
