Salinas police are seeking a man and a woman on burglary and check fraud charges. The couple is suspected of attempting to use fraudulent checks to buy items at JCPenney. The woman is described as Latina, in her 30s, with a medium build, long black hair and fair skin. The man is described as Latino, in his late 30s or early 40s, with a large build, black hair and a mustache. He was wearing black framed glasses.
