A Watsonville man was arrested early this morning for felony vandalism. Police were dispatched to the 1800 and 1700 block of Freedom Boulevard shortly before 1:30 a.m. following a report of graffiti in progress. Arriving officers located and detained 21-year-old Gil Ramos. Ramos is suspected of tagging a number of buildings with an ink marker. He was booked into county jail.
