A 47 year-old Carmel Valley man has been arrested on suspicion of running a “hash oil” lab, and producing “narcotics for sale”. 47 year-old Richard Tripps was booked into Monterey county jail. His 18 year-old son Andrew Tripps (and 3 other students) are suspected of selling baked goods laced with t-h-c.
