Authorities are investigating a double homicide in Sand City. The incident took place yesterday (Sunday) morning near the Tioga overpass. The California Highway Patrol Shut down both northbound of Highway 1 lanes at 11 a.m. for close to an hour while the Seaside-Freemont Street off-ramp was closed for five hours. One victim was pronounced dead at the scene the other at the hospital. No arrest have been made at this time.
