A King City man was arrested yesterday after he got into a domestic dispute with his girlfriend. Monterey County Sheriff’s deputies were called to 29 year-old Brenden Jenks’ home….just to find the couple drinking alcohol and smoking marijuana. During the investigation deputies discovered a number of marijuana plants being grown in the home, as well as some that had been processed. Jenks, who was combative with the deputies during the investigation, was booked into Monterey County Jail.
