Capitola Veterinary Hospital has been recognized for exceptional climate change practices. Yesterday, the facility was named as one of four Cool California Businesses of the Year by the state Air Resources Board. The hospital was recognized for using paperless records and laminated reusable patient charts. The eco-friendly transition has saved the facility $1,500 a year.
