Santa Cruz County Sheriff’s Deputies have announced they located a man reported missing last week. 64-year-old Joseph Copeland left the Hearts and Hands rehabilitation facility on Soquel Avenue on February 6th. Copeland was found safe by Capitola police later that day. He has since been returned to the facility.
