The San Lorenzo Valley Museum will begin its new exhibition about bears in the Santa Cruz Mountains this weekend. “Bear With Us” may be viewed from Feb. 15th to Oct. 18th at the Museum and the public is invited to attend the opening reception this Sunday from 2 to 4 p.m. The exhibition tells the stories of bear encounters, both grizzlies and black bears, in the Santa Cruz Area from the late 1700s to the present day.
