A 54-year-old man, who suffered life-threatening injuries December 26th, when he was crushed between a vehicle and a metal fence post in Salinas, has died. That means that 35-year-old Edward Ramirez is likely to face the additional charge of vehicular manslaughter in this case. Witnesses said Ramirez fled the scene after the stolen SUV he was driving pinned Miguel Lomeli against the fence post.
