A man claiming to be Santa and giving away presents of marijuana was arrested today in Seaside. 57-year-old Monterey resident, Randy Lange, was arrested around 4 p.m. after allegedly giving away marijuana wrapped in napkins at the Buffalo Wild Wings Restaurant in Seaside. Lange was arrested for furnishing marijuana to customers and employees of the restaurant. Anyone with further info regarding this incident is encouraged to contact the Seaside Police Department.
