UPDATE: Rain Causes Outages in Santa Cruz County- 12/03/14 18:00 P.S.

Approximately 2,000 people were without power in Santa Cruz County today following rainy weather. Repairs are being conducted on downed wires and around 175 PG&E crew members are servicing the area.
