Three men and one woman have been arrested in Monterey County on suspicion of drug possession, stolen property, probation violations, and misdemeanor warrants. The four suspects have been connected to a series of recent thefts from vehicles and work sites in Carmel. Matthew Hook, Cody Pennington, Roxann Warren and Brett Gesicki were booked into Monterey County Jail Saturday night.
