monterey’s cannery row held its 11th annual block party on sunday. for the past 11 years, cannery row businesses have cordoned off the street to host the family friendly festival. entertainment included live music, face painting, and balloon artists. the yearly event has become a cannery row tradition, marking the beginning of the summer season.
