Two masked men robbed a pizza place at gunpoint in Salinas last night. The two suspects entered the Round Table Pizza on North Main Street just before 8:30pm wearing black gloves and ski masks. One of the thieves was holding a compact semi-automatic handgun, and brandished it at 2 employees while demanding money from the register. The two grabbed an undisclosed amount of cash and left the area in an unknown direction. Investigation into the armed robbery is ongoing.
