An employee of a salinas sandwich shop was robbed at gunpoint monday afternoon. The victim was not reportedly injured during the 3:40 p.m. robbery, which occurred in a parking lot on the 7-hundred block of south main street. the male suspect demanded money at gunpoint, and fled with a small amount of cash. The man was last seen fleeing eastbound on pine street.
