The victim of a fatal car accident in Watsonville has been identified. 23-year-old Watsonville resident Courtney Nicole manning was pronounced dead at the scene of last Friday’s accident, which occurred on highway-129, when her vehicle drifted into the opposing lanes, clipped another vehicle, and then was struck by a dump truck. Neither of the other drivers were reported injured in the accident. The cause is under investigation.
