Man turns self in, S.V. 12/15/11 6:20p.m. TDH

A 37-year-old man who was wanted on an outstanding warrant has been arrested.   eric wampole was wanted for making repeated, harassing calls to the scotts valley department.   He turned himself in at the department yesterday (thurs).
