Occupy santa cruz protesters are seeking a restraining order against the city of santa cruz. Representatives for the group are expected to appear in court today, asking a judge to delay or void the city’s deadline of 5 p.m. today to clear out of the park. City officials have said that any protester that remains beyond the deadline will be arrested or cited, and any property left behind will be confiscated.
