a salinas man was killed and 2 watsonville people were injured in a crash on highway 183 early sunday. a driver had been speeding and passing drivers over the double-yellow line before the 3 vehicle crash occurred near mcfadden road. a 21 year old UNIDENTIFIED salinas man was killed in the crash and his two passengers survived with minor injuries. the 5 a.m. crash is still under investigation.
